Our Workflow

1. Analysis & Quoting

We thoroughly analyze your technical documentation to provide a precise and competitive time-and-cost estimate.

2. Prototyping

We create technical mock-ups to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with the investor’s technical and visual expectations.

3. Production

Utilizing a modern machinery park, we fabricate structures from carbon and stainless steel with high efficiency.

4. Quality Control

Every element undergoes strict non-destructive testing (VT, UT, MT) to guarantee maximum safety and compliance.

Welding Methods

MIG / MAG (131/135)

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) technology is the backbone of modern structural steel fabrication. At WELDING-TECH, we utilize this process for its unmatched efficiency and deep penetration, essential for heavy-duty load-bearing structures.

This process uses a continuously fed wire electrode and shielding gas to protect the weld from atmospheric contamination. Our advanced semi-automatic systems ensure repeatable, high-quality results for large-scale production.

MIG MAG Welding Process
Precision TIG Welding

TIG (Method 141)

Precision and Aesthetics. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is the most refined technique for high-end metal joining. It provides maximum control over the weld pool, resulting in extremely clean and strong joints.

We use TIG welding for projects where visual perfection and structural purity are paramount. It is the ideal choice for the food, chemical, and architectural industries, as it produces zero spatter and requires minimal post-weld finishing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of steel structures do you manufacture?
We specialize in custom steel structure fabrication, including industrial halls, trailer chassis, transport frames, support structures for the energy sector, and prefabricated components for offshore industries.
What welding methods do you use?
We utilize professional welding techniques: MIG/MAG (131/135) for high-efficiency production and TIG (141) for precision welds with superior aesthetics, especially for stainless steel and aluminum projects.
Do you hold any welding certifications?
Yes, our facility and welders are certified according to PN-EN ISO standards, ensuring high-quality weld classes (B and C). We operate under the strictest engineering quality controls.
Do you offer CAD design services?
Yes, we have an in-house design office. We provide 3D modeling, technical workshop drawings, and Value Engineering to optimize production costs while maintaining all structural requirements.
What materials can you process in your factory?
We primarily work with carbon steel (S235, S355), stainless and acid-resistant steels (304, 316L), and various aluminum alloys.
Do you ship your structures internationally?
Yes, we serve the entire European market. We regularly export custom steel structures to Germany, Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Finland), Switzerland, and France.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
For standard inquiries, we typically provide a quote within 24-48 hours. Complex engineering projects may require more time depending on the completeness of the technical documentation.
Do you provide anti-corrosion protection?
We offer comprehensive surface treatment solutions, including hot-dip galvanizing (ISO 1461), powder coating, and industrial wet spray painting for oversized components.
Do you perform NDT weld testing?
Yes, we provide Non-Destructive Testing (VT - Visual, PT - Penetrant, MT - Magnetic-particle) to guarantee the safety and structural integrity of every project we deliver.
How can I submit a request for quotation (RFQ)?
You can send your inquiry directly to our email: contact@welding-tech.eu or via the contact form on our website. Please attach technical drawings in PDF or DXF formats if possible.
