We provide comprehensive metal joining services using modern power sources to achieve welds of the highest quality (Quality Level B and C according to PN-EN ISO 5817). Our welding team holds current certifications for carbon steel (S235, S355), stainless steel (304, 316L), and aluminum.

We specialize in MIG/MAG (131/135) methods for heavy-duty structures where deep penetration and efficiency are paramount, and TIG (141) for high-precision components, piping, and architectural details where aesthetic finish is key.

Did you know? MAG is currently the most popular industrial welding method worldwide, but TIG—developed in the 1940s for the aerospace industry—provides the cleanest weld with zero spatter.

We don't just execute; we create. Our technological department supports clients at the conceptual stage. We design steel structures, industrial halls, containers, and machine components using advanced engineering software.

We develop 3D models, generate production files (DXF, NC) for cutting machines, and prepare full technical documentation. We analyze projects for cost optimization through Value Engineering to reduce production overheads without sacrificing quality.

Technology With 3D modeling, we can eliminate assembly collisions before the first steel profile is even cut, potentially saving up to 20% on raw materials.
NDT Testing Steel Fabrication

Cutting, Drilling & NDT Testing

Material preparation is the key to a perfect structure. We offer precision steel cutting using band saws (bundle and angle cutting) and thermal plate cutting. We perform drilling of assembly holes, threading, and edge beveling for welding preparations.

Quality First: We conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)—including Visual (VT), Penetrant (PT), and Magnetic-particle (MT) testing—to ensure that every structure can withstand its design load with 100% reliability.

Safety Standards NDT testing is standard in the offshore and energy industries where component failure is unacceptable. At WELDING-TECH, we apply these same high standards to every client.

Anti-Corrosion Coatings

Steel requires protection. At the client's request, we secure finished elements through hot-dip galvanizing according to PN-EN ISO 1461. This process provides long-term rust protection, even in harsh atmospheric conditions.

We also offer powder coating (high aesthetics, wide RAL palette) and industrial "wet" spray painting for oversized elements that exceed kiln dimensions.
